Do I need to book an appointment?
Yes. All treatments run by appointment so that every client gets full attention and a prepared room. Phone or send a WhatsApp message to 074 615 6515 to confirm a time.
Where are you based?
We are at 106 Charles Jackson Street, Weavind Park, Pretoria. Parking is available at the premises.
Do you come to my home or office?
Yes, within Pretoria. The call out fee is R200 in addition to the treatment price. Please give as much notice as possible so equipment can be prepared.
How do I pay?
Payment is settled at the end of the appointment. Please confirm accepted payment methods when you book.
How early should I arrive?
Five to ten minutes before your appointment is ideal. It gives us time to talk through the treatment without cutting into your session.
Can I choose the pressure of my massage?
Absolutely. Tell the therapist at any point during the treatment and the pressure will be adjusted.
Is there anything I should tell you before a treatment?
Please mention pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries, skin conditions, allergies and any medication that affects the skin or circulation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Let us know as early as you can if plans change. Late cancellations make it difficult to offer the slot to another client.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Vouchers can be arranged for any treatment on our price list. Contact us with the treatment and name and we will prepare it.

Pretoria and the surrounding suburbs. The call out service is limited to Pretoria only.
