Agreement

By using this website or booking a treatment with Seb’s Massage & Beauty Parlour you agree to the terms set out below.

Appointments

All treatments run by appointment. A booking is confirmed once we reply to you by phone, WhatsApp or email with a date and time.

Cancellations and late arrival

Please tell us as early as possible if you need to move or cancel an appointment. Arriving late may shorten your treatment because the following booking still starts on time.

Pricing

Prices shown on this website are in South African Rand and include the treatment described. The Pretoria call out fee of R200 is added when we travel to your address. Prices may change and the price quoted at booking applies.

Call out service

The call out service is available in Pretoria only. You are asked to provide a clean, private space with access to a power point and water.

Health and safety

You must tell us about pregnancy, recent surgery, injuries, allergies, skin conditions and medication before a treatment. We may decline or adjust a treatment where it would not be safe.

Payment

Payment is due at the end of the appointment unless another arrangement has been confirmed in writing.

Gift vouchers

Vouchers are issued for a named treatment or value, are not exchangeable for cash and remain valid for the period stated on the voucher.
